My Free-From Journey
If you follow this personal development blog, you may be aware of my recent change in diet and lifestyle. Due to an autoimmune disease, my nutritional therapist placed me on an elimination diet which meant excluding dairy, wheat, gluten, sugar, and eggs. I’ve now begun to re-introduce foods and gauge the reaction with my symptoms. It’s been an eye opening experience and I’m happy to report that the changes to both my mental and physical health have been amazing.
